Child Find, Screening, and Evaluation

In compliance with state and federal law, the South Middleton School District is responsible for locating, identifying, and providing appropriate educational programs and services to school-age students who may need special education. This notice is intended to assist the District in identifying these students, provide information and assistance to parents and guardians, and explain their rights regarding the confidentiality of information obtained during this process. This notice is provided in English.
