Welcome to Central Registration! 


Registration for the 2022-2023 school year will open on June 13, 2022 for grades 1-12. If you are a parent of a kindergarten student who will be starting school in August 2022 and you did not participate in the Kindergarten Registration process, please contact Registration at 717-258-6484 x2302 or email [email protected] to complete the process to register your student.
 
Kindergarten Registration

Step 1: Complete ONLINE Registration Forms below.

For technical support regarding online registration, please visit this resource page. 

Once the online forms have been submitted, you will receive an automated email with contact information to make your appointment. If you do not receive the email, please call Kathy Ryan, Central Registration, at 717-258-6484, Ext.2302 or email [email protected]. 


Step 2: Schedule an appointment by calling or emailing South Middleton School District at the contact information provided in the automated email.  


Please schedule one 30 minute appointment for each student you are registering. 


It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to provide the following at the Registration Appointment: 

   *Original Birth Certificate or notarized copy of the Original Birth Certificate
   *Immunization records
   *Proof of Residency (2 required)
   *Parent Photo ID


After meeting with the Central Registration secretary and all required documents have been submitted, Central Registration will notify the appropriate school confirming registration is complete. Failure to submit ALL of the required documents could delay student start date. 


**2022-2023 School Year:  Children for Kindergarten must turn five (5) years old on or before September 1st.**

***2023-2024 School Year and Future School Years:  Children for Kindergarten must turn five (5) years old on or before August 1st.***
