Students in Grades K-12 Enrolling in the 2025-2026 School Year
***Children registering for Kindergarten must turn five (5) years old by August 1st***

Step 1: Complete Online Registration

Once the online forms have been submitted, you will receive an automated email with contact information to make your appointment. If you do not receive the email, please call Laurie Strayer, Central Registration, at 717-258-6484, Ext.2312 or email registrar@smsd.us.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment

Call or email South Middleton School District at the contact information provided in the automated email.
Please schedule one 30 minute appointment for each student you are registering.

Step 3: Provide all Required Documents

It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to provide all required documents at the Registration Appointment.

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year for grades 1–12 will open on June 8.
