TSA Regional Conference Results

Congratulations to the high school and middle school TSA members on an outstanding showing at the regional conference. 22 students traveled to Mountain View Middle School on Saturday, February 4, to compete against hundreds of students from 11 school districts. The middle school took home individual and team awards in 9 events including a 1st place for Liliana Gutacker and Bennett Rudge, 2nd for Peyton Hasenbein, Ethan Alves, and Ryle Pittman, and multiple 3rd place finishes for Bennett Rudge, Peyton Hasenbein, Ethan Alves, Ryle Pittman, Alexis Conner, and Riley Savord. The high school students earned awards in 20 events with a 1st place for Kathryn Felix, Ben Snyder, and Landon McMahon, multiple 2nd place finishes for Katelyn Sacra and Kathryn Felix, and multiple 3rd place finishes for Ben Snyder, Elaina Anderson, Charlie McPhail, and Katelyn Sacra. Students have been working on their events since September. Saturday’s victories were well earned by each of our students.
Many of our students are eligible for the state conference at Seven Springs in April. All of our students should be commended for the work that they performed leading up to and at Mountain View on Saturday. Congratulations to these students for their hard work.
