South Middleton School District continues to be environmentally
responsible and cost effective. The South Middleton School District will
distribute information for non-profit organizations with an event or
service of interest to our students and parents online through our
Community Events link. Paper copies will not be distributed in the
schools.
Please use the following Guidelines to submit flyers to be included in the Community Events webpage.
- All flyers require Superintendent’s approval and Cristeen Beck, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, at [email protected] or faxed to 717-258-4667.
- The event should be in or very close to, our attendance boundaries and should be of interest to or involve students.
- Organizations interested in posting a flyer should email an
electronic copy of the flyer no later than Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. of the
same week you want your flyer uploaded to the Community Events.
IMPORTANT: Please include a contact name and phone number and/or email
address in the event we need to reach you.
- Your flyer will be posted in the Community Events on Thursday
morning of the week requested by you, and will remain there until the
event has taken place.
- If your organization has a website, you may want to include a
hyperlink within your document so your website will be easily accessed
by anyone viewing your flyer.
