HACC Certificate of Residency

As a South Middleton School District resident, you can take advantage of sponsored tuition rates through Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). To qualify, an individual must have a permanent residence within South Middleton School District as of July 1st or at least for six (6) months prior to request.

South Middleton School District utilizes an online process to submit the Certificate of Residency.

Please Note:

  • A Certificate of Residency is valid from July 1 to June 30.
  • A new certificate must be requested annually.
  • The deadline to submit a prior academic year certificate is September 30 of each year.
 

You have two options to submit a request for a Certificate of Residency:

  2. Schedule an appointment at the District Office by calling (717) 258-6484 x2300 or emailing [email protected]. Please ensure to bring your HACC ID and proof of residency with you.
